Merchandise Manager
Orlando City Soccer Club + Orlando Pride (Orlando, USA)
I was responsible for all merchandise sales of the club and third parties. Direct management of the Club’s retail strategy, overseeing ongoing operations with all retail partners (including Adidas and Nike) and P.O.S.
I fulfilled all internal and external sales to fans, players, staff, VIPs, etc. I managed internal merchandise operations including a $500,000 budget, sales, operations, inventory management, and loss prevention.
My proudest achievement was selling over 250,000 Orlando United t-shirts to raise thousands in charitable donations for victims of the 2016 Pulse shooting.

I coordinated all Orlando City SC marketing events, including 2014 World Cup watch parties, corporate sponsor events, 5 km fun runs, Orlando’s largest pub crawl, and many more. My duties included event planning, on-site event management, and leading event teams.
I also assisted with marketing strategy, sponsorship fulfillment, social media strategy, and marketing administration.
One special event I will never forget is announcing the signing of Brazillian legend Kaka in front of thousands of fans in downtown Orlando.
